Inspired by the likes of Pat Flynn of Smart Passive Income and Spencer Haws of Niche Pursuits, I decided to create my own page online to share the things I’ve done with websites I’ve built from scratch.
I always end up sharing ideas and information even with people I’ve just met. I’m hoping that by purchasing this site, my being a chatterbox will be satisfied because I have a place to blab about my thoughts on blogging.
Welcome to nichestr.com
Nichester is not a real word (yet) but it can be coined as somebody who builds niche websites. Nichester.com has already been purchased and when I typed the domain on the address bar, nothing came up but a bunch of Google Ads. So I bought what I think is the next best alternative. Hence, welcome to Nichestr.com!
I’ve been blogging for quite some time and I’ve had a few success stories and plenty of failed ones when putting together content on the web. Despite the failures, I’m happy that I have a couple of good niche pages that already have their own following. I’m silently testing out what works and what doesn’t and I’m hoping that I’ll be able to make better sites that will help me achieve my goal.
Goal: Financial Freedom
Basically, the main goal is financial freedom. I’m aiming for the stars and envisioning that one day, I won’t have to think about working as an employee. That I’ll be more of an investor and a business owner. That I’ll be enjoying what I am doing and I’ll own my time so I can do things that matter most to me.
For now I have a day job that helps pay the bills and send money to my family back home. I wish to own properties and assets so I can live the life like those posted on websites with some guy lying on a hammock in a beach paradise while handling his business under the tropical sun.
This is a place where I will share my niche projects (though not blatantly) and record my experiences on web creation and development. Everything will always be a work in progress and as a disclaimer, if you want to tag along, what works for me may not work for you. I’m just sharing my insights as I also want to have something to look back in 3, 5 or 10 years time on how I started my businesses online.
